"New Architecture and Bauhaus", published three times, is translated from the original book in 1965. It uses a brand-new translation to present the design wave represented by Gropius's new architectural concept a century ago. This book is divided into three parts: in the first part, Gropius tells the development of the construction industry and the emergence of the Bauhaus design style starting from the early twentieth century; in the second part, he introduces the course content of the Bauhaus School in detail and significance - both theory and practice; the third part records Gropius's life experience, from which we can get a glimpse of Gropius' design exploration path.
